SCARS is delighted to present the 2023 edition of the Critters & Cocktails dinner-gala themed banquet with silent and live auctions. This year’s theme is “Mardi Paws”!

Doors open for cocktails and entertainment beginning at 5:00 p.m., with a sumptuous buffet dinner beginning at 7:00 p.m. The amazing silent auction will be open throughout the evening, with a live auction after dinner.

Dress is business casual, or feel free to dress in your best Mardi Gras attire!

This is our biggest fundraising event of the year. We invite all of our friends and supporters to join our volunteers in helping us to save more animals in 2023!

Our master of ceremonies will again be the enthusiastic and entertaining Rob Christie!

The evening features our legendary live and silent auctions that include a dazzling selection of quality items.

Our goal is to raise funds for SCARS, raise awareness for animals in need, and have a lot fun doing it! The evening features a delicious buffet style dinner and the opportunity to go home with some wonderful auction items!

Dress code is business casual or whatever you feel is appropriate for an evening at Mardi Gras!

Sponsorships / Auction Donations

We are looking for sponsors and auction donations items. To inquire about sponsorship opportunities, or to donate items for the auction, please contact mike.cunnington@scarscare.ca or 780-481-6142 (Mike and Laurel Cunnington). Auction items may also be dropped off at any of the drop-off locations.

Tickets

We will be seated at tables of eight, and any tickets bought together will be seated together. Please keep this in mind if you’re buying a Table Card Sponosrship. If you buy tickets at different times, or you wish to be seated with other individuals attending, please send an email to laurel.cunnington@scarscare.ca with details of your request.
